Top 5 Business Apps I Can't Live Without

Top 5 Business Apps I Can't Live Without

17Hats | Pixieset | Quickbooks | Squarespace | JPEGMini

I've used 17Hats since the beginning and am so glad I did. It is a client management software that allows you to manage projects, keep track of leads, send contracts and invoices, and so much more. I have my contact form on my website linked to 17Hats so it automatically creates a new project for each client. It's an easy way for me to look back to try and find contracts and emails to clients as well as email address for when I send client galleries. If you want to use 17Hats and get 10% off, use my link! I get a little gift too, so sign up and share this awesome service with your friends as well!

Pixieset is the service I use to upload and send my clients all their photos. It's easy to use and the galleries look so beautiful. Pixieset has also partnered with a number of professional labs so you can set up a store for your clients to order prints right from their galleries. If you want to try out their 3GB Free plan and get an additional 250 MB, use my referral code! I get credit too if you upgrade!

Quickbooks Self-Employed is the application I use for tracking expenses, profit and loss, quarterly taxes, and more. The plan I use also bundles Turbotax so it imports all my info in there, making taxes easy. Use this link to get 50% off of your first 6 months of QB Self Employed!

Squarespace is what I use to create and host my website. It's mobile optimized, better found on search engines, and the templates are just gorgeous. Squarespace really has helped make my site look beautiful, easy to use, and attract people to my work. It has a professional feel that I haven't found with other website creators.

JPEGMini is one bit of software I didn't think I needed until I got it. It allows you to reduce the file size of your images without compromising quality. As someone who is processing hundreds of photos per shoot and uploading fairly large galleries, it's a lifesaver. It saves space on my computer and on my Pixieset plan. Having smaller files sizes also saves my clients space on their devices as well.

Let me know if you have any questions about any of these, I've been using them for a while!
